(A)Premium Grade Vinyl. This high quality vinyl
is treated with mildew and UV inhibitors to keep its beauty
throughout the seasons.

(B) Double Reinforced Folding Hinge.

(C)Tear Free Padded Handles. For trouble free cover removal.

(D)Perimeter Apron. This feature adds an additional
seal to keep heat in and dirt out. It also keeps tthe acrylic from fading.

(E)4 Mil. Plastic. This plastic protects the foam from water absorption.

(F)Foam Core. This high quality core is made from closed
cell foam and has an R Rating of 15. Its tapered design from
4in. to 2in. allows easy rain runoff. hot tub covers are available in
1.0 lb., 1.5 lb.or 2.0 lb. densities.

(G)Industrial Vinyl. This vinyl has been tested against
mildew and chlorine resistance.

(H)Drain Grommet. For the release of moisture, that gets
trapped between vinyl and plastic.

(I)20 Gauge Galvanized Steel Reinforcement Channel.

(J)Commercial Grade Nylon Zipper.

(K)Sure-Loc Fasteners with Keys. To prevent children
or intruders from tampering with your hot tub.

(L)High Quality Bonded Polyester Stitching.

Returns Policy and Warranty Issues
All hot tub covers are custom made to your specifications, in order to provide correct fit and
maximum efficiency of your hot tub cover. Our customers provide and verify their own measurements
to insure the proper product is sent.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products delivered that do not fit due to incorrect
specifications provided by the customer.
However, we are happy to accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing
and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of receipt. If a mistake is made in production and
the incorrect product is sent due to manufacturer error, Hot Tub Filters Inc. must be notified within 5 business
days and the return of said items will be accepted for return up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping
All hot tub covers are custom made, therefore please allow 7 to 10 working days for it to be manufactured.
Please allow an additional 5 to 7 days for shipping. The hot tub covers are to large to ship Fedex or UPS.
Therefore they are shipped common carrier.
